SHIPPING POLICY
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Every item we sell is made-to-order. Nothing is pre-stocked. When you place an order, it goes into production at our fulfillment partner's facility. This means we cannot cancel or modify orders once production has begun — typically within 24 hours of the order being placed.
READ BEFORE ORDERING: Because each item is produced on demand, your order enters production quickly. Double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.

FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING TIME
Production typically takes 2–7 business days. During high-volume periods, new drops, or holidays, production may take up to 10 business days. This window is entirely separate from and in addition to your shipping transit time.
By placing an order you acknowledge that total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time and agree not to initiate disputes solely on the basis of estimated delivery windows.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
- United States: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS after production
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe / UK: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–25 business days
ESTIMATED, NOT GUARANTEED: Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carrier operations, customs processing, weather events, or acts of nature are outside our control. We are not liable for carrier-caused delays and will not issue refunds on this basis alone.

ADDRESS ACCURACY — CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is entirely the customer's responsibility to enter a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided — no exceptions. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY: We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages undeliverable due to customer address errors.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
International customers are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or VAT charged upon entry into their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and will not be reimbursed by us under any circumstances.
Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned or destroyed package does not qualify for a refund.

LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, you must:
- Check all entry points of your home and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier if applicable
- Notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will cooperate in any carrier investigation, but we are not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the provided address. Packages stolen after delivery are a matter for your local law enforcement and/or homeowner/renter's insurance.
