REFUND POLICY

PRINT-ON-DEMAND NOTICE

All products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we maintain a strict returns and refund policy. We encourage all customers to review our size guide carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size issues.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

We will issue a replacement or refund in the following cases only:

  • The item arrives with a printing defect or manufacturing error
  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling
  • You received the wrong item (wrong product, wrong design)

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect or damage.

WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT

  NOT ELIGIBLE

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer — please use our size chart
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Items washed or worn in a way that caused damage
  • Slight color variation from screen display (monitor calibration varies)
  • Orders where delivery was confirmed but the package was not collected
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Email [luvnunbutg@gmail.com] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the defect

We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved claims will be offered a replacement first; refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or alternative methods.
